Core Desired Feelings grace, surrender, wealthy, generous

Specialty Executive Coach and Women's Leadership Consultant

About Me

As an executive and personal coach, I guide leaders through fulfilling, wholehearted transitions in their careers and lives.

My philosophy is that there is nothing about anyone that needs fixing, however we all need support to make changes from time to time. I work with people who are at a crossroads, asking themselves what comes next or how they can respond to meet their current challenges. I lead them through a process of assessments and customized leadership development to achieve what matters most to them.

My work is informed by 16 years of experience as a manager, mentor, and coach as well as my background as a meditation and yoga instructor. I am inspired to help clients achieve greater professional impact as well as a gentler, kinder relationship to themselves.

Q & A

Q: What are your Core Desired Feelings?

Q: How / where did you Desire Map? What did you love about doing it that way?

I reassess my CDFs in January and again in the fall. I love the different insights that are available when I'm coming out of the stillness of winter and dreaming big and then again when I'm busy closing out projects and bringing the kids back to school.

Q: Tell me a specific story about how knowing your CDFs has changed your life.

Several years ago, one of my words was Flow. After years of over-using my strengths as a highly-organized achiever, I felt burned out. Spending time every morning curious about how I could incorporate more flow in my day helped heal my nervous system. I found flow in my breath, in yoga, while washing my hands. This created new opportunities to let go of my ideas about control. Flow was my north star toward better health.

Q: Why are you passionate about sharing this work with others?

As a corporate executive, I was only familiar with goals that could be measured by other people. It's no surprise that I looked to bosses for validation and felt like my inner life and outer life were out of sync. It was a revelation to me that goals that started in my heart could create such aligned, fulfilling impact and that my shift would be recognized by others as courageous, authentic leadership.

Plan Your Most Fulfilling Career From The Inside Out

Led By: Lauren Streb
"What's next in my career?"

"What impact do I want to make?"

"How can I create more balance in my life?"

"Why don't I feel satisfied? What's missing?"

If these questions have been on your mind, I hope you'll join us to discover what you most want and how to translate those desires into clear actions you can share with a boss or mentor.

Corporate development planning usually focuses on your outer life: job titles and behaviors that look successful. Unfortunately, this focus on external cues leaves most of us feeling disconnected and unfulfilled. When goals connect our inner life to the impact we want to have in the world, we feel more engaged and purposeful.

In this daylong workshop, we will use a feminine goal-setting framework - Danielle LaPorte's Desire Map - to set intentions for your career and life that match your personal definition of success. Through guided visualization, journaling, and small group discussion, each participant will become clear on how they want to feel at work and the goals that will help them feel that way.

*Lunch, snacks, and workbooks will be provided.
