Nice. I truly respect your decision to go 'non-refundable'. Here's a fun fact: the amount of Mail-In Rebates sent in in the US is amazingly low. And in Canada - Amazingly high. I have a business partner who refuses to allow Money-Back Guarantees on his products and seminars (we're in Canada). He's always said 'Hey, if it keeps the losers away, that makes my day'. I've seen him get a lot of flack for it.

I think the way you explain the 'why' is a much more balanced and respectful (of yourself and others) approach, and I think it sets a strong example.
