What a powerful reminder of how quickly things can turn around. I just finished reading Chris Guillebeau's 279 Days manifesto last week. These are both great reminders that there is no such thing as overnight success, and that we all put in our dues. But while we're plugging away, we need to remember that we're building momentum, and one day, we'll reach the tipping point. Great post, Danielle!

Wow! I'm so glad to have seen this and be reminded to "always want what I wish for" - it's true that with just a tiny push (or a long slow, burning shove) once things get in motion, they HAPPEN. Thinking about one's life in the time frame of one, two, ten years from now is a really powerful and valuable exercise . I think Lady Gaga is just a stunning performer. I was dismissing her as just another sexpot until I saw her on Saturday Night Live - how she burst through the TV screen with her amazing piano performance. Even when surrounded by gyroscopic hula hoops...
