THIS WEEK: Ask yourself when it is you feel like giving up. What triggers discouragement, or tempts you to doubt that sweetness is on the way?
Write down three remedies for discouragement. Like, a quick call in the mooring with your best friend, reading something inspirational or spiritual, kitchen dance club time (it just takes one Beyonce track to remind you that, “You’re so crown, baby”).
Then, next to each remedy for discouragement, write down or think about which of your core desired feelings that remedy/action generates.
Feeling good is ALWAYS encouraging.
