As I’m thinking about the activities/choices that will make me feel the way I want to feel, most of the things coming to mind are big ticket items that require a lot of cash (not a lot of that hanging around these days…).
How can I feel my core desired feelings NOW? I’m having trouble coming up with smaller items.

If you want to feel Feminine, wear a skirt instead of your yoga pants that day. If you want to feel Abundance, give to someone on the street. If you want to feel Generous, make a phone call for somebody that’s going to help them get a job.
Gentle, almost micro-exercises that you do on a consistent basis will lead to a greater sense of you feeling the way you want to feel.
And this gets you into the feeling state that you most desire. And when you’re in that ideal state, feeling the way you WANT to feel, some amazing things happen: You think more clearly. Your ideas are more lucid. You’re more… effective. And! You emanate. You become more magnetic to the universe. Things start to show up.
Now, back to the “big ticket items” that are a fit with your desires: Make a plan to go get ’em. Do it — with a gentle determination, not a frozen grip. And know that it’s not only about the big ticket stuff as the source of your fulfillment. Desire mapping as a practice is daily AND gentle, big vision AND grand.
