Connected. Free. Light. Creative. Influential. Powerful. Healed. Rich. Pretty. Strong. Leadership. Quality. Sweet. Sexy. Robust. Close to nature. Fresh. Excited. Vibrant. Quiet. Playful. Adored. Productive. Sensuous. Peace. Colour. Focused. Complete.

Hone in on the three feelings you want to generate this week.
Write those three feelings on a sticky note and keep it in your day timer or on your computer screen.

Intend to feel that way.
Feel what happens.
