		<description>Most of these suggestions are entirely impractical for most people&#039;s income. A large percentage of us have trouble just paying for our groceries, let alone paying someone to bring them to us! I suppose only the leisure class can afford to free their minds.</description>

I think a lot of it can be summed up in &quot;stop rushing &amp; start thinking about how you&#039;re spending your time/why you&#039;re spending it that way&quot;. Kind of a long summary though...</description>
