I speak exclusively to women-centered and/or consciousness-oriented and social change gatherings. Seekers. Wellness Warriors. Light Workers. Overtly renegade heart-based social entrepreneurs. Tribe.
My talks are best described as an interactive sermon meets stand up comedy. Deep, preachy and we usually laugh, hard. I typically open and close with some spoken word, and the event unfolds with an improv’d Q&A — women (and some cool dudes) are usually shouting questions at me in between a lot of relatable jokes about the perils of trying to be so spiritually awesome and over-achieving all of the damn time.
The anchor is this: keeping it real on your spiritual path — from how you do your career and business, to how we deal with anger and forgiveness while trying to be compassionate creatures. So much comes up: breaking through fear. Loss. Money. Writer’s block. Sex. Life balance (it’s a myth). Burn out (plan for it). Meditation (do it). Prayer. The patriarchy (it’s a mindset, not just exclusive to males). Faking it. Making it. And making a difference when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Because at the end of the day…we are all spiritual activists, finding our way, together.
And it’s time to ACTIVATE.
I sign every single book, and hug every last person. Because, Love.
“Danielle is a rare gift to both the page and to the stage. Funny and poetic, inspirational and down-to-earth, she has the unique ability to make everyone in the room feel the same — whether they’re laughing or crying. She has crushed every Wanderlust event — not only in my opinion — but in every survey we’ve ever sent. We’re so lucky to have in our universe.”
