I'm a coloratura soprano who has been holding herself back for 5 years. I've finally admitted that this is what I'm put on this Earth to do, instead of letting "pain" distract me and occupy my time. I've been putting off being happy. I did this meditation with a "muse" standing at the door. The imagery that came to me was so powerful that I had tears streaming down my face and the biggest smile on my face. The "muse" was so overwhelming but pure love and joy.
So humbling and affirming.

Could you make a MP3 guided meditation out of this one? That way I wouldn't have to peak and I'd put it on my Ipod to do it daily!

I just gave this a go... and it was amazingly powerful and transformational. I realized that I had some issues with not being "cool enough" for my business/art/service... where that came from, I don't know. But I'm feeling amazing being at one with my business/service/art now! Thank you so much for sharing this!
